Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The following terms apply to receive this bonus:

• The minimum deposit to receive the bonus is ৳200.
• For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,000. Depositing ৳18,000 gives you a ৳8,000 bonus (maximum limit), making your total balance ৳26,000.
• To withdraw the bonus amount, you must wager 20 times (20x) the bonus amount.
• The bonus will be awarded only once and only one welcome bonus applies per account.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each promotion has its own specific terms and conditions, which will be stated on the promotion page.
• karika11 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If the required conditions for receiving a bonus are not met, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or fraud is found, the account will be immediately closed.

5.3 VIP Program

Regular members can enjoy the benefits of three VIP levels. Reaching a higher level depends on activity:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

VIP benefits are provided according to the rules set out for each level separately. karika11 reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program.

Game Rules

All games and betting markets available on karika11 are operated in a fair and transparent manner. The individual rules for each game can be found in the game interface.

• All bets are considered final once placed. No bet will be cancelled unless there is a technical issue.
• For sports betting, event results will depend on the result announced by the relevant authority.
• In live casino games, the dealer's or croupier's decision is final.
• karika11 reserves the right to reclaim any winnings incorrectly awarded as a result of a technical error.
• Cricket betting includes BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC events.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the karika11 platform and will result in immediate account closure:

karika11 may suspend or terminate any account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Participation in prohibited activities.

• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.

8.2 Closure by the User
